Magic Millions Sales have a national network of thoroughbred horse sales with key centres at the Gold Coast and Adelaide. Statewest Planning was engaged to obtain the necessary approvals to establish a purpose built facility in Perth, specifically in the Swan Valley.
Helena Valley Views, Helena Valley
Helena Valley Views is a 128 lot residential subdivision fronting the Helena River. Statewest Planning was engaged by the owners to work through the process to take the land from rural paddocks to a completed residential development.
Anthea Park, Hazelmere
Anthea Park is a 26 lot residential subdivision adjoining a freight rail line. It forms part of a precinct requiring the preparation of a Structure Plan prior to subdivision occurring. The Structure Plan had to cover 32 separate land holdings.
Sand Excavation, Muchea
Our client required assistance in obtaining Council approvals for sand excavation, originally as a small scale, long term operation, then as a large scale short term activity to provide sand for the construction of the Main Roads WA Northlink project.
